What you’ll be doing?

In your role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at iCloudReady, you will be integral to nurturing and expanding our customer relationships throughout their lifecycle, including:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking) to source candidates.
  • Maintain a candidate database and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
  • Assist in employer branding efforts to attract candidates.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and platforms.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
It is preferred that you have:
  1. Proven ability to conduct various types of interviews.
  2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
