What you’ll be doing?In your role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at iCloudReady, you will be integral to nurturing and expanding our customer relationships throughout their lifecycle, including:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking) to source candidates.
- Maintain a candidate database and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
- Assist in employer branding efforts to attract candidates.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
It is preferred that you have:
- Proven ability to conduct various types of interviews.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
