What you’ll be doing?In your role as a Customer Support Specialist at iCloudReady, you will be integral to nurturing and expanding our customer relationships throughout their lifecycle, including:
- Guiding new customers through the onboarding process, answering questions about our platform’s features, pricing, and setup to ensure a smooth start.
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding product use and functionality via phone, chat, email, and video conferencing, delivering clear and accurate solutions.
- Resolving customer issues related to account access, billing, and platform usage, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
- Developing engaging support materials, including videos and written guides, to help customers understand and utilize our platform’s features.
- Documenting and reporting software bugs to the product team, providing detailed information and following up with customers post-resolution.
- Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our products and support processes.
- Work closely with internal teams, including product development and sales, to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or support roles, ideally within a SaaS or technology company.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
