What you’ll be doing?In your role as a Customer Success Specialist at iCloudReady, you will be integral to nurturing and expanding our customer relationships throughout their lifecycle, including:
- Collaborating closely with our Director of Sales and product teams, you will help drive business growth, optimize customer experiences, and influence product development based on client feedback.
- Leading the onboarding and training of new customers, ensuring a seamless transition and a high level of satisfaction.
- Conducting product demonstrations and supporting the Director of Sales in the sales cycle.
- Gaining an in-depth understanding of iCloudReady's products, effectively communicating features and functionalities to clients.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience.
- Regularly interacting with customers, in partnership with the Director of Sales, to gather feedback and foster strong relationships.
- Working collaboratively with the product team to meet customer needs and influence the product roadmap.
- Contributing to the creation of product-related marketing and training materials.
- Assisting customers in maximizing their use of our solutions, particularly in the context of property management and real estate CRM.

Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with a diverse client base.
- Technical proficiency, particularly with enterprise SaaS platforms, is essential.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach, keen on working closely with clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Ability to identify trends and insights from customer feedback and behaviors.
It is preferred that you have experience with:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, preferably within the technology or real estate sectors.
- Curiosity and problem-solving skills, thriving in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
