As a Digital Product Designer at iCloudReady, you will:- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to gather and understand user requirements.
- Visualize design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Design graphic user interface elements, including menus, tabs, widgets, page navigation buttons, and search fields.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate site functionality and appearance.
- Create original graphic designs and visual elements to enhance user experience.
- Present design drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders, and make revisions based on feedback.
- Identify and solve UX problems, ensuring optimal responsiveness across various devices.
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and best practices.
- Ensure all design elements adhere to specified style and brand guidelines.

- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Digital Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools like Wireframe.cc and InVision.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong time-management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- BSc in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
It is preferred that you have:
- Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Axure, Marvel, or Principle.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to better communicate with the engineering team.
- Advanced skills in motion design or interactive design.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Prior experience in designing for mobile applications.
- Background or understanding of the property management or real estate industry.
- Ability to mentor or lead junior designers.
- Multilingual abilities, especially in languages prevalent in our user base.
