1. Open the Leads Page: - Navigate to the leads list. - from the action toolbar on the right, click on the 3 dots - from the dropdown list you will find an option at the bottom of the list (convert lead to opportunity) - Add the essential details like ( name , national ID , activation date , country ) and you can add revenue by clicking on opportunity details in the same page - by clicking on save now you have a new opportunity created
2. Open the Clients page - click on clients’ tab then choose opportunities - now you can find all the opportunities that have been created successfully, you can manage these opportunities by editing or deleting them
2. Converting Leads into Contacts Converting a lead into a contact is a key step in organizing your sales and support activities. 1. Open the Leads Page: - click on covert lead to contact button (you can find it beside export and edit table buttons) - then a list of all leads will appear and you can choose the lead that you want to convert to contact
2. Open the Clients Page - click on clients’ tab then choose contacts - now you can view all the converted contacts and you can manage your contacts by editing or deleting them individually or by bulk

1. Select Leads: - Open the leads list and click on the checkboxes to select the leads you want to update. - Click on"Edit Selected"button in yellow
2. Choose Fields to Update: - Select the field you want to update (Lead Status, Assigned User, or Priority). - Enter the new value for the selected fields.
3. Confirm Changes: - Click the "ok " button to update the records.

Steps to Set Up Auto-Assignment:
1. Access Settings: - Navigate to the system settings and find the "Lead Assignment Rules" section.
2. Create New Configuration: - Click"Create new configuration"in blue - Define criteria for the rule by choosing the rotation type (select round-robin) - then select the Priority according your preference - then click on Auto Assign Enabled button - you have an option to Prevent Multiple Assignment to the same user if you want to prevent this action click on this button. - add the rotation time in hours. - select the time zone (Cairo \ Africa). - then click on next and you will find a new page to add your Conditions that the rotation will wok based on - choose the filed (ex :lead source ) then choose the operator ( ex: + or = ) then choose the comparison - finally click on create and now you will have the automation rule created successfully
